Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items in new and unused condition, unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Certain items, such as personal care products or opened electronic devices, may not be eligible due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at sunainamart25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Securely pack the item to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Ship the item using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds reflect any discounts or promotional codes used.

  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, especially for opened or used items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital or downloadable products (eBooks, software, etc.)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders are processed and shipped, and standard return policies apply.
