We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

All orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners such as TCS, Leopard Courier, or Call Courier.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • All Cities in Pakistan: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to city location, courier workload, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time — please check our homepage or product listings for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and tracking link.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

  • sunainamart.store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, sunainamart.store is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or local delivery issues

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier service first. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll assist with tracking.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
